Metal cubicle 19" type SE
Metal cubicle type SE enables individual modular installation of telecommunication components, network and electronic components in the communication and radiolocation systems, in information technology and in low voltage energetic networks. Frame construction of the cubicle is screwed or welded. As standard it is equipped with frame, rigid door, two side-shields, a back-shield, four supporting beams, feet, earthing wires and earthing strip.
The frame consists of a roof, bottom plate, and four perforated horizontal cross-bars. These elements are screwed or welded ensuring big rigidity and tightness. It is possible to join the cubicles in bigger units thanks to the symmetrical construction of the frame.
Side-shields and a back-shield are fastened to the construction by means of two fasteners. It enables quick access to the cubicle inside from all sides. Thanks to the adaptation shield it is possible to increase the cable compartment space (up to 800 mm).
Four supporting beams for drawers 19" are mounted on crossbars inside the cubicle. Modular construction system allows for several variants of the inside arrangement. Rotational frame provided for modular components type 19" (482,6 mm) belongs to the additional equipment.
Cubicles are painted with polyurethane paints RAL 7032. For individual requirements all colours are possible to apply.
The Customer can order additional equipment like a base, rotational frame, drawers (cassettes), shelves, crossbars, masking shields, back door, door with glass and other elements according to Customer's request.
Welded cubicles type SEp 19" have a protection degree IP55 and the screwed cubicles type SEs 19" - IP20 (for request it can be IP41) according to PN 92/E-08 106/EN 60529,529.
Technical Data:
1. Frame - steel sheet = 2mm
2. Side-shields - steel sheet = 1mm
3. Door - steel sheet = 1,5mm, with glass = 4mm
4. Supporting beam - metal sheet GALFAN = 2mm
